Last Will and Testament of Harold N. Martin
Last Will and Testament of Harold N. Martin
And so, regrettably I have this message and ask you to save it and pass along, when, in the event it becomes necessary.
I state prisoner 39 year old Harold Nicolas Martin - M.D.O.C. #272958 - born July 12, 1980 in Midland County Michigan ask that in the event while I am incarcerated in the Michigan Department of Corrections during the 2020ce Coronavirus pandemic, a.k.a. Covid19, if my death is caused from this virus now, or at any time in the future, that any, and all lawsuit's, whether class action or filed personally on my behalf for any reason i.e., due to any discovered errors of MICHIGAN'S mishandling of their incarcerated state prison population's (such as why several other state's Governors and Federal Bureau of Prisons had minimized their vulnerable prison populations for the safety of staff and imates due to pandemic, whereas Michigan state prisons to date did not) all litigation's I request they be for any, and, or all of my three surviving children: Samantha Ann Martin born - January 14, 2001; Mathew James Martin - born June 1, 2004 and Joseph William Martin - born June 29, 2006.
I further wish to give my estranged common-law spouse of 9 years the mother of my children Ms. Alesha Nicole English - born January 31, 1984 full rights to oversee the awarded lawsuit that it be placed in a trust account. Alesha is last known to me to be exceptionally competent to manage money; as long as she is found by more than one expert psychologist to be of sound mind to properly manage the account(s).The account(s) shall not be withdrawn from until our offspring each graduate college/university with at minimum, an Associates degree, or, when their 25th birthday arrives; which ever shall come first. On a seperate note: any pension money from my Boilermaker pension is to go to Alesha N. English who is the beneficiary.
Should another survivor be necessary to manage the account(s), in the event Ms. English is either not competent or deceased, I wish that my sister's Kristine M. Ehlers and Aimee J. Martin, my "only known" blood siblings will jointly manage the account on behalf of my children, their niece and nephews.
Lastly, I ask that the stain that I have put on myself, my estranged spouse, my children, my family, my community, my union craft's, and our state, due to the murder of my father in 2010 where I, an indigent have tirelessly attempted-unsuccessfully (only due to indigency) since the month of May 2017 tried to find funding to get this mitigating newly discovered evidence back into Court. I kindly ask for defense experts and forensic experts to volunteer probono, working together, or any elected Michigan Governor now, or any time in the future beyond my unforseen death, ask that you study the clear and convincing evidence supporting that while gainfully employed as an apprentice Steamfitter shop fabricator pipe welder during phase 2 expansion of the multi billion dollar Dow Corning Hemlock Semiconductor (2007) in Saginaw County, I was overexposed, poisoned by excess welding fume, resulting in "manganese madness" within 60days of working for Faulkner Construction Company when a misdiagnosis of mental illness occurred lasting until 2016, when prison inpatient mental health professionals "thankfully" corrected the medical injustice error, and delivered me from 9 years of pure suffering and hell.
Subsequently, they discontinued me from all psychotropic medicine and later discharged me from outpatient mental health services. Now four years after that, an anomaly writes his last will and testament hoping that this pandemic don't end my chance to see this case resolved; thus allowing me to visit my fathers grave, where I too wish to be laid to rest with my father and grandfather, all three of us together. But, I am afraid my estranged family members won't allow it. I ask for a court judgement to allow this, it if that be the case.
Please clear this murder stain from my families burden. When a person goes to prison for Guilty But Mentally ill Murder and it's discovered that he/she was involuntarily intoxicated (poisoned) and wrongly diagnosed mentally ill 6 years later, and all the prison can do for them is fix their health and not become advocates for the indigent defenseless' freedom it is a sad, sad, system. All because he cannot afford competent legal representation he sits, a model inmate who's supposed to be nurturing his wife and his children and walking down the final year toward retirement, now awaits the attack of the coronavirus inside a prison; the worst known environment for viruses to spread.
This story will go down as just another major, major reason for why we truly need judicial and criminal justice reforms. Whether in this generation or some other, hopefully innumerable residents of Michigan don't continue to see their family member one day writing them a similar message.
God Bless my Family, and God Bless America. I love you all.
Yours Truly,
Harold N. Martin
